And here the corresponding footage to my previous post. We were observing the female jaguar and suddenly things got heated with a large male jaguar approaching from the thicket. Mating season in the Pantanal. We were blessed with an awesome encounter and a first row seat! The persistence paid off… We stayed out on the river for lunch during midday heat (45 degrees plus) and were the only ones to witness the action. 😍
