You better don’t mess with this lady… Mating season in the pantanal can be quite intense. For me this was definitely the best sighting of the trip. We were watching this female resting for half an hour during midday heat. Then the male decided to come out of the thicket and approach. Lots of growling and aggression. We were on a small boat on the river and had the perfect spot!
