That was an insane sighting!!! 12 lions were feeding on a buffalo they brought down in a river bed. As if this wasn’t spectacular enough; suddenly a curious hippo approached and checked out the kill. It stood and smelled for quite some time. The lions were furious and frightened at the same time. Lots going on during that night. Next to the hippo also crocs were joining the party. Definitely something you can’t plan and expect whatsoever! Worth coming to dinner very late.
